I bought my first property in 2002 at 22 years of age for $145,000. Six years later I sold it for $339,000. I made $200,000 tax free before my 28th birthday. I was hooked!

Since then I've spent 25 years buying property in Brisbane and the last 6 years doing it professionally, as a buyer's agent, for people buying their first home, their next home, or relocating to the city. I've also completed numerous renovation and property development courses and studied interior design for styling, so I know what actually adds value to a home, not just what looks good in photos.
