Properties are acquired at the lowest possible price, hence the sliding scale with fees which ensures a fair and affordable fee for her clients. Because the sliding scale depends on the price of the property, everyone knows upfront with no surprises.

Fee Structure

Engagement Fee

A small engagement/commitment fee is charged up front. This enables the process to begin finding you your new property and covers strategy, open for inspections, due diligence and auction bidding if necessary.

Auction Bidding Fee

This is a fee for Anna O’Neill to personally attend and bid at Auction for you. This includes the initial strategy meeting and is a good option to take the emotion out of the purchase and acquire the property at a price only a professional could achieve.

Success Fee

The success fee is only payable once the property goes under contract. This is less the initial engagement fee and is a fixed rate based on the sliding scale of the total purchase cost.

Negotiation Fee

This is if you prefer to find the property but would like a professional to do the hard negotiations.
